Can I still register?
Online registration closes Midnight Wednesday March 25th, 2009. You can still register at the expo on race weekend assuming that the capacity of the race has not yet been reached. Again, Expo times:
  • Friday March 27th (1:00pm - 6:00pm)
  • Saturday March 28th (10:00am - 6:00pm)
Is there a pasta dinner?
This year there is no formal pasta dinner. The Sheraton Hotel, as well as Slainté will be serving Pasta Saturday evening.
Pasta Dinner Buffet on March 28, 2009 at Chagall's Sheraton Hotel. For reservations call Chagall on Two at the Sheraton Hamilton 905-317-4501.
All you can eat Pasta Buffet — $19.95 + per person
Starting at 5pm-9pm
Where and when do I turn in my Charity pledges?

What are the starting times and course closure times?
Starting times: Sunday March 29, 2009
  • 30km WALK — 8:30am
  • 30km RUN and RELAYS — 9:30am
  • 5km — 9:45am
Course Closures:
NOTE: The Walking Category is for walkers who will take longer than 4 hours to complete the course. If you can walk the course faster than 4 hours please register as a runner and start with the runners.
Note: The roads are not closed by the police during the first hour of the walk. Walkers start at 8:30am — one hour earlier than the 30km run. Walkers must use the sidewalk and obey traffic rules until the 30k race catches up with them.
Are there Pace Bunny times? What are the times?
There are Pace Bunnies provided by the Running Room. Visit the Running Room booth at the Expo for more details.
When should I arrive?
You should arrive an hour before your start time to do any last minute things, i.e. baggage check, warm-up, washroom stop, etc.

Is there parking?
There is parking all around Copps Coliseum. Look on the map at right (click to enlarge) for the green 'P' where lots are available.
Where can I check my bag?
Bag Check is available in Copps Coliseum operated by the Girl Guides. There is a $2.00 fee per bag and all proceeds go to the Girl Guides of Hamilton. All bags must be clearly identified.
