Friday March 23, 2012 — 1pm to 7pm
Saturday March 24, 2012 — 10am to 5pm
THERE WILL BE ABSOLUTELY NO RACE KIT PICK-UP ON RACE DAY.
At close of registration on Saturday March 24, 2012, all remaining Packets and Shirts become the property of the Bay Race.
Packet will include:
- New Balance technical running shirt
- Bib number
- ChampionChip™ Timing Chip (NEW disposable Commemorative chip which may be kept as a souvenir)
You or a friend can pick up your packet (Bib number, timing chip and Shirt) at the Health and Fitness Expo on Friday or Saturday.
To avoid the wrong packet being issued, please bring one of the following:
A copy of your confirmation email. OR
Photo ID OR
A letter (email) from the registered runner, authorizing you to pick up for them.
You must know your Bib Number to pick up.
Bib numbers will be available online, when the data bases are consolidated approx 2 weeks prior to the Race.
There will also be a list of participants at packet pickup, where you can look up your number.

* If you have lost your email confirmation and you registered with EventsOnline, click here to have it re-sent. If you registered through Running Room, you can request a new confirmation email by contacting the Race.
Group Pickup
An input form will be available March 1-19, 2012. You can pre-order packets for a group of five or more.
Upon receiving your request, we will assemble the packets for a single pickup during Packet Pickup hours.
Small groups can also be picked up individually at Packet Pickup.
